One of them is you get to be with nature even closer. It can relax your mind and make you forget about your hectic daily life and the errands that you are responsible to do for a moment. According to Linsay Evans (2015), "Natural settings rejuvenate and calm the mind, improve outlook and increase positive affect." Next, you may gain many experiences that maybe anyone else don't have a chance to get. Moreover, you can get fresh air when you do activities at the field compared to when you spend your time indoor. For example, if you play badminton in a hall, the air isn't the same as you play at an outdoor court.
